Medina County Home & Garden Show
Saturday, March 26 & Sunday, March 27, 2022
The 35th annual Medina County Home & Garden Show presented by Fixler Roofing, will feature fun and helpful information for the whole family. The event on March 26 & 27 will entertain the kids while parents can get some tips and information from more than 100 area home improvement and landscaping experts.
At the center of the Main Garden, which is creatively designed and installed by Mike Biskup and his crew from Greenkeepers Lawn & Landscape, will be a fun kids clubhouse designed and constructed by the folks at Habitat for Humanity. The two-story structure with storage below features a wrap around deck and windows with real screens. Habitat is raffling off the clubhouse to raise funds to support the construction of their homes for hard-working low-income Medina families that deserve a safe, healthy and affordable place to call home. Raffle tickets can be purchased now at the Habitat Restore, 233 Lafayette Rd. in Medina and at the Home and Garden Show. Drawing for the winner will be at 4pm on Sunday, March 27 at the show. For more information about Habitat for Humanity, go to www.medinacountyhabitat.org or follow them on Facebook.
Additionally, the Main Garden will feature a Butterfly Garden, at the center of which will be a whimsical butterfly bench that will be given away as a door prize. The garden will also feature a Gnome Garden with a 4 foot gnome home made out of a tree stump surrounded by giant toadstools. Kids can plant a sunflower seed and take it home to watch it grow. Playground World will display their latest playset.
Parents and Grandparents will be able to visit face-to-face with some of the best local home improvement and landscaping experts to find the best suited for their home projects. Services include flooring, outdoor lighting, landscaping, chimney cleaning, patios, sunrooms, pools, painting, windows, doors, gutters, roofing, siding, basement waterproofing, decks, bath remodeling, septic service, concrete leveling, home safety, pressure washing, home organization, fencing, heating & cooling, outdoor fireplaces & kitchens, tree care, and more!
