Discover extraordinary handmade treasures at the 35th Annual Affair on the Square on Sunday, August 9, set against the charming backdrop of Medina, Ohio’s beautiful, historic square and featuring the area’s most talented artisans.

Medina’s square will once again be filled with over 170 booths of handmade crafts and vintage finds from specially selected crafters and artisans in all mediums including beautifully handcrafted jewelry, home décor, stained glass, paintings, copper yard art, soaps, lotions, metalwork, wood work, wearables, vintage and repurposed, and so many more one-of-a-kind items.

For extra shopping energy, grab a bite to eat at one of the area’s most popular food trucks - Cheesy Dave’s - gourmet mac-n-cheese bowls, burgers, sandwiches; The Cookery - wraps, salads, quinoa bowls; Wholly Frioles Mexican Street Food - tacos, burritos, bowls, nachos; bRaised in the CLE - braised beef, pork, chicken sandwiches; Pop Culture CLE - ice cream and acai bowls; and Feelin’ Good Ice Cream - hard scooped ice cream, shaved ice, slushies. Buckeye Concessions will have cinnamon roasted nuts, funnel cakes, and kettle corn. Lily’s Lemonade will keep you cool with several versions of all natural fruit flavored and regular lemonades.

For your musical enjoyment you can listen to Victor Samalot’s timeless Latin groove and Jazz instrumental as it permeates the square from the center Gazebo, performing from 11am to 1:30pm. Folk rock artists Parsons and Polk will follow from 2:30 to 5pm covering favorite artists such as Neil Diamond, Jimmy Buffet, and James Taylor.

For the kids there will be balloon animals and a make-it-take-it craft booth. Admission to the show is free.
